If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day, so I never have to live without you.

Packing tunes

Any move needs some good music to make packing some what less miserable
So I went out shopping for my sisters birthday present & my dads
& there I found it... just sitting there with the words "BUY ME" written all over it...

Yes thats right the Moulin Rouge soundtrack !
and the fact it was only $6.00 I had to buy it!

Its been on repeat for the past 2 hours & I have been belting out every single song at the top of my lungs in my little abode!

Sorry neighbors you just have to put up with it for a few more days. Complain all you like the only thing that will stop this CD from playing 24-7 is if you can pry it out of my cold dead hands or unless Alex smashes it, which ever comes first..
Not even the cops can stop this madness!
I have been reunited with my favorite soundtrack EVER beware!

OH MY!

Today some twat totally called me an " F-ing Mexican" and did the Hitler salute while leaning out his car window to make sure I saw him while driving past me?
I was driving the speed limit and when he started honking at me I smiled & waved - apparently he doesn't like brunets? It was absolutely hilarious so I laughed. He obviously has some serious mental issues / emotional issues.

I cant sleep... I just keep thinking about random things like:
  • Dijon Mustard - disgusting why is it in my fridge?
  • Old window frames - how do I obtain one?
  • Invisiline clearly isn't invisible
  • People with "sharpie eye brows" - Do you seriously use a sharpie?
  • Who painted half of Ellie's Big toe Red & where was I when this happened?
  • Plastic bottles will out live me - freaky thought
  • Lisps are disgusting -I developed one while wearing my retainer, basically I gross my self out
  • Diane Rehm talks so slow! But I LOVE her show! ( for all you losers out there Tune into NPR some time)
  • What should Ellie be for Halloween?
  • No body ever sticks a penny in their penny loafers
  • Why don't I ever hear the alarm clock.. seriously?
  • Why don't I stop blogging and go to bed?
  • Dust mites love your mascara!
  • You can't kill a virus it ISN'T a living organism - misleading cleaning products
  • This chick totally looks like a lizard
  • It must suck to be a bug

September 20th is almost here & I'm having emotional break downs.

Boot Camp!

Seriously is the scariest 2 word combination that keeps floating around  my house hold.

only

41

More days with my little girl & my sweet man! I find my self crying all over random places...
I cry when I change Ellie's diaper
(partially from the stench & partially because I'll miss a big milestone for her - Potty training)
I cried when I made her book " My first year with Mommy & Daddy"
It breaks my heart when I put her to sleep at night because I wish I could play with her all night!
I got super emotional when she wore her new army skirt and sweater & bow (thanks Alicia & Ryan x0 she is a Ham in that outfit)
I cry when I think about my husband being all alone for 6 months!
I cry when I think about how he can manage without me for 6 months! - Alex can totally manage with out me, he can cook, clean, & fold laundry ... and I guess in an extremely selfish way I wish he couldn't ... I like to think he needs me to do all these things for him.

The more and more I think about leaving the more and more upset I get.
Not to mention as the days go by it just means it's a day closer to the day I ship out.

I always day dream about what that day is going to be like.. waking up at 3 AM getting dressed to say goodbye... 5:00 AM the doors to Meps will shut behind me and that's the last time I'll see both of their faces for a long time.

Instead I'll be hanging out with theses guys

Getting yelled at & mentally & physically beat down.
In the end every thing will be worth it..

Women don't get it easy at boot camp either we are required to do everything a male can do....
I can't wait to come home & say "I DID IT!"

In the mean time I wish & pray time will stand still. I am not ready to leave my heart behind.
